Informational purpose

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes about our advisory services. It is not legal, clinical, financial, or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Formal engagements begin only under a separate written agreement.

No professional relationship by browsing

Visiting the Site, submitting a contact form, or sending email does not by itself make you a client. Confidentiality and conflict rules applicable to client work apply only when we have accepted an engagement in writing.

Intellectual property

Site text, design, logos, and graphics are owned by Hospital Consultant or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our prior written consent, except for ordinary personal or internal evaluation use.

Acceptable use

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hospital Consultant from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from Site use lies in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless a separate engagement agreement provides otherwise.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
